Meet The Teacher               

 My name is Jeni Croal. I am excited to be your child's first grade teacher!  I thought I'd try blogging this year as a fun way to let you know what's going on in our classroom.  Keep in mind that I'm a newbie, but I'll do my best to keep you updated.  


Let me tell you a little bit about myself…


                                                          

  I have been married to my husband Lee for 15 years.  We have three children.  Nate is our oldest.  He loves sports and plays football, basketball, and baseball. He plays the trumpet, likes to cook and his future plans include becoming a pilot and training to be a chef.

    Ashlyn is our middle daughter.  She also loves sports and plays softball and basketball and is going to try volleyball for the first time this fall.  Ashlyn is a bit of a nut and likes to make people laugh.  She loves children and has been counting down the days until she is able to babysit.  She also loves animals and wants to be a vet when she grows up.

   Our youngest daughter is Lauren.  She is a second grader this year.  She loves gymnastics and is constantly doing cartwheels and handstands in the living room…..She can be a bit of a  "drama queen" but we believe it may strengthen her acting career in the future :>). Along with gymnastics Lauren also likes to play softball and basketball.  

And of course, our pets, Zoey and Nala.

   I love this time of year.  After a summer packed full of family adventures, day trips, kids activities, camps, sports, and relaxation I am excited and ready to meet my new kiddos…. and for a little structure and routine:>).
 I've been busy the last few days organizing our room and getting things ready……13 days and counting until assessment days!
